Refund policy

Full refunds will be given out for items returned within 30 days of it being delivered to the customer except for excluded items listed below. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the product or the product can also be returned directly to the store to avoid shipping costs. Some items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund and they include:

Personal Hygiene Products
Books
